Yes. We accept Solo passengers. However, our tours have a min of 2 passengers required. Solo passengers are still required to buy 2 tickets to meet this requirement.

If you missed your flight, you will be considered "No-Show" "No -shows" are non refundable.

• You will always have the option to reschedule your flight for another day/time. However, keep in mind that a reschedule fee must be paid prior to rescheduling your tour.

• Rescheduling time/date will depend upon our availability.

• Please arrive 20 minutes before your flight

• Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or asked to reschedule for another time/day with a rescheduling fee. If passenger cannot reschedule, they will be considered a 'no show', with no refund.

We require all passengers to bring a photo ID. This could be a driver's license or passport. We also allow you to bring a small handbag.

• The customer that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight with ID and credit card (no photos or copies are accepted).

We offer private flights for minimum 2 and maximum 3 passengers. If you have a large group, we can arrange different times. Flight will be completely private. Only your group will participate in the flight.

Maximum weight per passenger is limited to 250 lbs.; total group weight cannot exceed 480 pounds. Your flight will be cancelled if our weight limit is exceeded.

If you are driving, we highly suggest you to use a GPS for better driving directions.

We offer free parking available. It is also very convenient to go by Uber, Lift or any type of taxi.

We recommend children older than 5 years old. All children occupy one seat of the aircraft and need to use the seatbelt for safety.

You will receive an email confirmation that represents your ‘boarding pass’. At the day of the tour, you can show it to us in your smartphone or printed.

Please contact us in advance to discuss your ideas and plans. If possible, we will support it.

Every passenger gets a window seat and a headset that is connected to an intercom system.

We offer sick sacks in the airplanes. There will be $20.00 service charge for passengers being sick outside of sick bags.

Yes, you can bring your camera and mobile phone. Please be aware that we don’t take responsibility for damaged electronics during or after the flight.

At the moment, we are not offering gift cards. If you would like to buy any of our tours as a gift, do contact us and we will be assisting you further.

We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection. A sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. Don’t forget your sun glasses for flights during the day.

Yes! We accept solo passengers. However to meet our minimum requirements of 2 passengers per flight, Solo passengers are required to purchase 2 tickets in order to participate in the activity.

Your flight can be rescheduled in case of rain. We will contact you in case of bad weather.

• We offer convenient free cancelation up to 24 hours in advance to your tour. Reservations may only be rescheduled without forfeiture of funds paid with 24 hours’ notice prior to scheduled reservation time by emailing request to infoskytoursmiami@yahoo.com

• No refunds for "No-Show" (If you miss your flight, you will be considered No-Show, and no refund will be given)

• Full refunds will apply for flight cancellations made by Sky Tours Miami due to technical issues or any other unforeseen circumstances that could affect your flight.

Yes. We request that all customers sign our waivers prior to the flight.

All of our tours include complimentary soft drinks (sodas, water, and juice)

Non alcoholic champagne is only included in : Luxury Tours, Sunset Tours and Night Lights Tours.

Yes. Sky Tours Miami have licenses approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) through Letter of Authorization to conduct Commercial Air Tours.

Air tours are not suitable for pregnant guests, people prone to motion sickness, guests with a fear of heights, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilize wheelchair.

Yes. If you are a professional photographer, we can fly you over and around a specific location. Please contact us for customized flights.

When making the reservations, please contact us informing all passenger names that you will be joining on the same tour.

We are committed to following all CDC guidelines and doing everything in our power to keep you safe in our facilities and in our aircraft. We only offer private tours and we don’t include people you don’t know on your tour. Our aircraft is cleaned and sanitized between each tour. Our employees, including our pilots, will always wear a mask while in the aircraft or in the lounge.
