  • What should I bring with me during the air routine?
    We require all passengers to bring a photo ID. This could be a driver's license or passport. We also allow you to bring a small handbag.
  • All flights are private? What does it mean?
    We offer private flights for minimum 2 and maximum 3 passengers. If you have a large group, we can arrange different times.
  • Is there a weight limit?
    250 Lbs Max per Person. 480 Lbs Max total passenger weight
  • Is there a deadline for arriving for my tour?
    We suggest that you arrive 20 minutes before the time your tour is scheduled. Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund.
  • Which transportation should i use to arrive at the Miami Excecutive Airport ?
    If you have a car, you can drive to SKY TOURS MIAMI, located inside Miami Executive Airport. There are free parking available. It is also very convenient to go by Uber, Lift or any type of taxi.
  • Is there an age limit ?
    We recommend children older than 5 years old. All children occupy one seat of the aircraft and need to use the seatbelt for safety.
  • I made my reservation online. Will I receive confirmation or tickets?
    You will receive an email confirmation that represents your ‘boarding pass’. At the day of the tour, you can show it to us in your smartphone or printed.
  • Can I plan something special for a celebration?
    Please contact us in advance to discuss your ideas and plans. If possible, we will support it.
  • Will I get a window seat?
    Every passenger gets a window seat and a headset that is connected to an intercom system.
  • What happens if I get airsick?
    We offer sick sacks in the airplanes. There will be $20.00 service charge for passengers being sick outside of sick bags.
  • Can I bring a camera on board?
    Yes, you can bring your camera and mobile phone. Please be aware that we don’t take responsibility for damaged electronics during or after the flight.
  • Can I purchase a gift card?
    Yes, you can purchase air tour gift cards through our website page. You will receive a copy of it by email.
  • What should I wear?
    We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection. A sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. Don’t forget your sun glasses for flights during the day.
  • Can your tours accommodate disabled travelers?
    Some disabled travelers may be accommodated, but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us in advance.
  • There are 3 people in my party, but we want to make separate reservations with our own credit cards. How do we make sure we are on the same airplane?"
    When making the reservations, please contact us informing all passenger names that you will be joining on the same tour.
  • What happens if it is raining at the tour time?
    Your flight can be rescheduled in case of rain. We will contact you in case of bad weather.
  • Can I make Tour Reservations Online?

  • What kind of airplanes do you have?
    Our fleet is made up of Cessna 172 skyhawk with over 43000 units built, Cessna Skyhawk is one of the best selling and most flown airplanes ever built.
  • Do you offer Aerial Photography?
    Yes. If you are a professional photographer, we can fly you over and around a specific location. Please contact us for customized flights.
  • Do you have a license to operate Air Tours?
    Yes. SKY TOURS MIAMI have licenses approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) through Letter of Authorization to conduct Commercial Air Tours.
  • What is your Refund Policy?
    We offer convenient free cancelation up to 24 hours in advance to your tour. Reservations may only be rescheduled without forfeiture of funds paid with 24 hours’ notice prior to scheduled reservation time by emailing request to infoskytoursmiami@yahoo.com
  • What condition is not recommended for flight tours?
    Air tours are not suitable for pregnant guests, people prone to motion sickness, guests with a fear of heights, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilize wheelchair.
  • What are the safety protocols during COVID?
    We are committed to following all CDC guidelines and doing everything in our power to keep you safe in our facilities and in our aircraft. We only offer private tours and we don’t include people you don’t know on your tour. Our aircraft is cleaned and sanitized between each tour. Our employees, including our pilots, will always wear a mask while in the aircraft or in the lounge.
  • Will I be requested to sign a waiver?
    Yes. We request that all customers sign our waivers prior to the flight.
  • Is Catering provided ?

  • Complimentary drinks provided?
    Champagne is available for purchase. Order must be made 3 days prior.
